Return policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products — cooked and frozen food — we do not accept returns for delivered or picked-up orders, according to current legislation (OUG no. 34/2014).

• Frozen food products cannot be returned for food safety and hygiene reasons.
• If you have received a damaged product or the delivery does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will analyze the situation and find a suitable solution.
