Instructions
We take the ingredients and gently cook them sous-vide at 85˚C for a longer period, then freeze them to lock in freshness and avoid harmful preservatives. The meal pouches are labeled with the exact ingredients you'll find mixed inside, nothing else, and, as you'll notice, they are all natural and healthy ingredients, perfect for daily consumption.
You receive our meals, portioned for daily use, but before serving them to your dog, thaw them, bring them gently to room temperature, and serve them in your dog's favorite bowl.
You can thaw the food and prepare it for serving using one of the options below:
-
Pour the contents of the pouch into a pot/saucepan on the stove and heat until lukewarm.
-
Pour the contents of the pouch into a bowl and microwave until fully thawed.
-
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and then gently heat, in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stove in a pot/saucepan.
-
Puncture the pouch and microwave (puncturing prevents the pouch from swelling and exploding).
Do not allow consumption of the food in frozen form.
Do not leave the meal outside the refrigerator or freezer for longer than the specified period. Remember that they have no preservatives, so they will not stay fresh.
Do not serve the meal if the pouch has been left in a warm environment and has started to swell – this is a sign of gases produced by bacteria, meaning it has spoiled.
If your dog has never had fresh food before, start slower: mix 50%–50% for a few days with their usual dry kibble before transitioning completely to fresh food, to give their stomach time to adjust.
Read the ingredient list carefully and make sure your dog is not allergic to any of them before putting them in the bowl. In case of adverse reactions, contact your veterinarian immediately and stop administering our meals until further notice.
